1. General

By enrolling in the IMA Accelerator program (“Program”), accessing our materials, attending coaching sessions, or joining the community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional documents referenced herein. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Growth and Reach LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Program Overview

IMA Accelerator is a private mentorship and licensing system designed to help clients build and scale their own influencer marketing agency using our proprietary systems, templates, strategies, and resources. We grant limited access to our frameworks for the duration of the Program, under strict usage conditions defined below.

3. Payment Terms

Enrollment into the Program requires either a one-time payment or a structured payment plan, as agreed upon during onboarding.
All payments are binding and non-refundable, unless a refund is explicitly approved under the conditions outlined in our refund clause.
We accept payments via Stripe and, in some cases, direct bank transfer.

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in immediate suspension or removal from the Program.

4. Access & License

When you join the Program, you receive limited, revocable access to:

• Training modules, scripts, and frameworks
  
  

• Templates and systems used by our team
  
  

• A private online community and group coaching
  
  

Access is granted for the duration of your contract only, and contingent on proper conduct.

You are not authorized to:

• Use our brand name, “IMA Accelerator,” or represent yourself as part of our team
  
  

• Share or reuse any part of our templates, resources, scripts, or email frameworks outside of your own business
  
  

• Distribute, copy, resell, or make derivative works based on our content
  
  

Any breach may result in immediate removal and legal action.

5. Community & Coaching Access

Clients may receive access to private community platforms (such as Skool or WhatsApp) and group coaching sessions.

This access is:

• Time-limited to the duration of your contract
  
  

• Conditional upon respectful behavior, participation, and adherence to community guidelines
  
  

• Revocable at any time at our sole discretion in case of abuse, inactivity, or misconduct
  
  

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or coaching calls without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, scripts, coaching material, and resources shared through the Program are the exclusive property of Growth and Reach LTD.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or share any part of the Program content
  
  

• Record, scrape, or leak content from coaching sessions or internal channels
  
  

• Resell or repackage any materials from the Program
  
  

Any violation may result in legal action and a fine of up to $50,000 USD.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements. Results vary based on the client’s effort, execution, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

The Program provides information, tools, and support — not guarantees. You are solely responsible for implementing what you learn.

8. Refund Policy

The IMA Accelerator is an intensive licensing program. Because of the level of support and resources provided, customers may be eligible to a performance-based refund policy — designed to protect clients who commit fully, take action consistently, and still don’t see results.

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

• Participation & Communication:
  Clients agree, upon enrolling, to be proactive with communication and seek help when needed. We expect clients to check in regularly. If we do not hear from you for seven (7) consecutive days without prior notice, your eligibility for a refund is void, as we are unable to track progress or offer support.
  
  

• Training Completion:
  The core program modules must be completed within fourteen (14) days of enrollment, and the support team must be notified. This ensures clients start implementation with a proper foundation.
  
  

• Execution & Proof of Work:
  Clients must implement the core outreach and service strategies provided, and show clear, consistent action. This includes sending outreach messages across multiple platforms (email, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with a combined average of fifty (50) personalized messages per day for forty-five (45) consecutive days. All outreach must follow the program’s framework and be documented with time-stamped proof upon request.
  
  

• Checkpoints & Support Use:
  Clients must reach out for feedback and support during the program, particularly around Day 30 and Day 60, so that adjustments can be made if needed. Lack of engagement or failure to request help disqualifies any refund claim.
  
  

• Refund Request:
  If all conditions are met and no results (i.e., no revenue or client acquisition) are achieved, the client may submit a written refund request within ninety (90) days of enrollment, including proof of all the above actions.
  
  

This policy is in place to protect serious customers who commit fully. If you do the work and still don’t succeed, you may be eligible for a refund. If the customer shows inactivity, lack of proactiveness, or doesn't follow the systems taught, the refund request will be void. .

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet all listed criteria.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time for:

• Breach of these Terms
  
  

• Disrespectful behavior toward our team or community
  
  

• Unauthorized sharing of content
  
  

• Failure to make agreed payments
  
  

• Misrepresentation of affiliation with IMA or Growth and Reach LTD
  
  

Termination does not relieve you from your payment obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
